Participant Enrollment Agreement
Grow Future Leader is focused on the integrity of all coach training programs. To ensure the participant experience is honoured and certification standards held true, payment or the registration fee must be paid to hold a space in the program and the full amount is due in before the start of the program.
Applicant hereby accepts and agrees that completing the program and earning the certificates from Grow Future Leader requires the following:
• Attendance and participation at least 92% program. With advance approval, one of the training webinars may be made-up. This involves listening to the recording.
• Complete the assignments from training and during the practicum Prior to earning certification, applicant understands and agrees to complete the course work, attend at least 92% of training, and had requested number of individual mentors and/or supervisor hours and fully participate, complete research, practice, and report assignments, fully participate in the coaching practicum, submit all evaluations, and complete the case study (if applied). Certification is possible within offered schedules; applicant has up to twelve months to complete the course. A certificate is issued upon completion showing the program approvals and accreditations for hours. Applicant agrees and understands that any opportunity for make-up work is at the discretion of the trainer.
The program and materials are the intellectual property of Grow Future Leader. Participant hereby agrees that there shall be no sharing, replicating, duplicating, or otherwise reproducing the materials for the use of anyone other than the course participant, and no using the content for training programs.
By clicking submit, Participant acknowledge that participant has read and agree to the statements and agree to receiving emails and phone calls and being added to zooms call for the training.
Non-Discrimination Policy
It is the policy of Grow Future Leader that:
• Recruitment and hiring of all personnel is conducted without discrimination against any individual with regard to race, age, religion, color, creed, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, disability, or veteran status.

Participants who wish to report discrimination are encouraged to follow the grievance policy.
Grievance Policy
Grow Future Leader seeks to ensure equitable treatment of every person and to attempt to solve any grievances in a timely and fair manner. Participants have the right to file a grievance regarding presentation or content or instructor/faculty behavior. All grievances will be addressed to the best of our ability to prevent further problems.
A process for filing grievances can be found below.
First, address the concern directly with the source of the issue to try to resolve it in a timely fashion.
If a participant is reluctant to approach the source or is not satisfied with the outcome, then the participant should submit a formal grievance in writing to Grow Future Leader’s Director of Education by emailing hana.ngo@growfutureleaders.com, Please include the following details:
• State the specific complaint and background.
• Describe the outcome of the informal attempt to resolve it
• Include any specific arguments or issues which the participant wishes to convey
• Include any written evidence, if relevant.
The Director of Education will review the grievance and work with all parties involved to resolve the issue. The participant will be informed in writing of the outcome.
Partial Completion Policy
At this time, the Grow Future Leader is not able to offer credit for partial completion of a course. The course requirements must be met to receive credit.
Payment/Fees Policy
Grow Future Leader offers different registration options, all of which allow you to achieve your goals.

All registrations are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. Your registration is dependent upon receipt of a pay plan deposit or full payment.
Each registration option above offers the choice of a payment plan or payment in full.
• Payment in Full option provides a tuition discount.
• Payment plan installments automatically start the month after your registration; on the same calendar date each month. If a month has less days than the previous month, then the installment will take place on the last day of that month. Payment plans may only be made by credit card (MasterCard, Visa). Installments not paid within 30 days are subject to the Delinquent Account Policy.
• Limit to one coupon code per registration, when available.
Course Cancellation Policy
Grow Future Leader reserves the right to cancel a course. Registered participants will be notified as soon as the decision is made. Participants will be able to transfer to an equivalent course within a year of the original offering or receive a full refund.
Cancellation requests must be in writing and sent to Grow Future Leader email address at least 14 days before the course start date.
No refund will be granted when a withdrawal request is received 13 days or less before the course start date.
In the event you must cancel participation, up to seven days prior to the course start date you may request a refund of the 70% of total payment amount less €75 administration fee; six days or less prior to the start of to the course start date you may request a refund of 50% of total payment amount less €75 administration fee.
Transfer of Credit Policy
A transfer refers to moving from one course time to the same course at a different time. This is possible up to seven days prior to the start of the first program webinar.
• All transfer requests must be in writing before it will be reviewed.
• Transfer request received 7 days or more before the course start date: €75 transfer fee
• Transfer request received 6 days or less before the course start date: €200 transfer fee (Once this transfer is complete, no future withdrawals/refunds)
• Transfer requests received after the course start date are not permitted.
• The course participant is transferring to must start within one year of the originally scheduled course
• Any tuition changes since the original registration will be applied to the transfer fee.
• Payment plans remain as scheduled upon registration despite transfer.
Attendance
In order to provide you with the required training hours for certification, it is important that you are present at all class sessions. Requirements:
• At least 92% attendance
• At least 3 individual mentors sessions done
• At least 5 group supervisor sessions done
If you have an emergency or become ill and are not able to attend a class session, please contact your instructor and Grow Future Leader immediately
Illness Policy
