2' Read: How Continuous Improvement increase Organization Performance

As Dr. W. Edwards Deming famous saying: ''a bad system will beat a good person everytime'' .

This was the graphic that Deming presented to Toyota management which later led to the famous - Lean manufacturing system : Toyota Production System (TPS), which focused on systematically continually improving the way in which value is delivered to customers. The TPS has been the backbone for Toyota after WW2 to become an economic super power in two decades.

''the aim of leadership should be to improve the performance of man and machine, to improve quality, to increase output, and simultaneously to bring pride of workmanship to people. Put in a negative way, the aim of leadership is not merely to find and record failures of men, but to remove the causes of failure: to help people to do a better job with less effort''
