I have been asked by my friends/Coach colleagues on how I look at Organisational culture, so here it is my humble thoughts on this subject.
‘Culture’ seems to be a one of hot-words that is currently excessively used.
Without further polishing & marketing on the word, let’s get back to the basic of what Culture is defined.
In Britannica Dictionary, Culture is defined as ‘a way of thinking, behaving, or working that exists in a place or organization (such as a business)’’
So IF Organisational Culture is a living system with its beliefs & behavior like a human being, then Culture drives the Results of an Organisation.
And Vice versa, the realized Results then in return Confirm & Reinforce Beliefs (Cultures)
Question:
When Organisation does Not achieve the Necessary Results, WHERE should the change take place in this Belief Circle?
